Investment fidelity and trust in an investment

 

More trust you have in an investment the greater your investment fidelity is. This fact is one of the reasons most people having their bank account and not more investment diversification. Fidelity in your existing investment can prevent you to have more return on invest. But beware of investing in investments not earning fidelity, the risks can be very high.

 

Investment - What types of investments exist ?

 

A small list of different financial investment types:

 

Bank savings accounts - normally secure but with low interests

Stocks - A stock is a normally small percentage of a corporation

Bonds - A bond is in the simplest terms an IOU (Schuldschein)

Mutual Fund - Mutual funds are a pooling of the money of different investors that is managed by a financial institution

Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) - An ETF is very similar to a mutual fund with the exception that it trades like a stock

There are many other financial investment types, but beware: If you think you must invest in options, forex, futures etc. which use extreme leverage, you can easily lose everything.

 

Investments in Real Estate and other Real Investments (like art, ...)

 

Intangible Investments (such as patents, licenses, internet domains, ...)

Es gibt eine Menge weiterer Arten von Finanzinvestitionen, doch ist grosse Vorsicht geboten: Falls Sie planen, in Optionen, Futures, Forex etc. zu investieren, welche einen grossen Leverage-Faktor nutzen, bedenken Sie, dass Sie ALLES verlieren können und eventuell mehr als sie haben.
